MEDICAL CONFERENCE - MOTION CAPTURE SYSTEM CASABLANCA

Activ8-events have excellent experience of pharmaceutical conferences and exhibitions. This project was held in Casablanca, Morocco. The brief was to engage audiences during a stage presentation, adding humour and “something different” to an otherwise corporate show.

Using the client's marketing materials, we created the motion capture character to match the clients brand and brief.
Our motion capture system character was projected onto a huge projection screen. The character talked to the audience and had real time interactions with the presenter live on stage.

After a one day test up and testing, the motion capture show was ready to begin.
The client’s project manager donned the suit. He was well rehearsed with a script and was encouraged to use ad-lib comedy. Using the motion capture system, the project manager’s full body movements were mimicked by the character on screen in real time. His voice was also projected onto the stage using a simple audio set up. He could hear question from the audience via a microphone/ear piece set up.
Our motion capture system was hailed as one of the highlights of the show, bringing a fun and informative presentation to the exhibition.
